Murphy and I have had this sort of relationship from the day we met when he was six weeks old and I was struggling with severe OCD. Since then, he’s always been there when I’ve been having a rough day. He’s absolutely incredible.

Oh god was that tense.
I just dropped Mr Kitten off. He’s hooked up to fluids and a heart monitor and he should be able to stay for 1-2 nights.
It’s still not a sure thing but its certainly a step in the right direction. His vitals are actually no worse than they were, plus he hasn’t reblocked so there are a few things in his favour.
Hbnnnnnbbbbb and now I wait and maybe try to get some sleep.

You and the cat have been in my thoughts all week! I’ll ask my Mitchell to watch over you guys from across the Rainbow Bridge!
My cat has a spot above his eye, on the top of his head, where the fur has thinned and some of it is gone. The skin there is very raw-looking, but it doesn’t seem to bother him. Even when I touch it, he doesn’t react in a way that would suggest it’s painful. I would say the spot is a little smaller than a nickel.
Does anyone know what this might be and what to do about it?
I had a cat that had a bald spot that was very similar - when we switched over to Taste of the Wild (all-natural cat food) he strangely grew his hair back there. It’s kind of odd to suggest this, but it might be his diet.
