I’m typing this from my dad’s iPad. Ah, the wonders of technology.
Computer update: FedEx is supposed to deliver the box for my laptop today, so hopefully that will turn up at some point and I can drop my computer off at the local FedEx center to be sent off to HP for repairs. After that, I’m told that my computer would be returned to me within a week. I’m becoming more and more frustrated lately without the computer around because so much of my work - artwork, writing and the like - is on there and I want to keep working on it. It’s agonizing when you want to be creative and you can’t work on your favorite projects.
In the interim, I’ve become very good at Stupid Zombies, at least.
If you follow me on Twitter, you’ve probably read that my laptop is out of commission and is going to HP for repairs. This has effectively kept me off of Tumblr for some time, as well as prevented me from scanning in and posting artwork. I apologize profusely.
Alastair II has had some problems with the boot process on its hard drive. The memory is fine - which means HP should be able to save all of my data - but it’ll need a new hard drive anyhow (and possibly a new motherboard). Fortunately, I’m still under warranty, so I won’t have to shell out for this, but…yeah.
I hope to return to you all soon - I miss you so beyond much!
